Lockerroom
Our spacious changing area awaits you with plenty of locker space. Fresh towels, slippers, disposable razor and toothbrush are available at the reception. Shower gel and body lotion can be found in the shower area. The BOILER has a total of three free hygienic showers.
Bar
At our bar we offer you a wide selection of refreshments and small dishes. Relax here with nice men, let yourself be inspired or go directly on a voyage of discovery again
Outside
Next to the bar, our garden invites you to soak up the light and air. Here you can cool off from the sauna and let your soul dangle.
Spa
In our large Finnish sauna you can really work up a sweat at 90°. Our well-known infusions with great aromas take place here regularly. The smaller bio sauna offers a milder climate at around 60° for longer stays. Here, gentle sounds and slow color changes help you relax. After sweating, take a cold shower and treat yourself to a few minutes of fresh air on our terrace.
Steamroom
The BOILER offers steam in different variations. If you like it particularly hot, then relax at approx. 47° in our Hamam. Here you will find reclining areas where you can really enjoy the hot steam. The large steam bath is a labyrinth with many possibilities. Here you can explore the different angles at approx. 40°, or watch the other men splashing around in our aquarium.
Pool
The pool is the heart of the BOILER. It is located in the center of the sauna. So you can enjoy the bubbles or the waterfall at a pleasant 33° and still have everything around you in view. Of course, we pay attention to the highest hygienic standards in water treatment: a fully automatic chlorozone system ensures perfect water quality at all times. This is regularly checked and confirmed by our staff and independent laboratory analyses.
Cruising
Right next to the spa area, you'll find a spacious area with over 20 free-to-use private cabins for rest and relaxation. Discover the underground possibilities, retreat or relax according to your preferences.
Night sauna

The Boiler is under steam every day until the early morning, but of course we also need time to clean everything thoroughly for you again.
Please note the following rules:
One hour before closing, we wake up all sleeping guests. You will then still have enough time for one last sauna session and to shower.
Half an hour before closing, we turn off the saunas, the bar closes, and the lights go on.
Then we ask you to pack up and leave the BOILER, so you can look forward to your next visit.

Safer Sex / Consent
A stay at the BOILER is meant to help you switch off from everyday life with plenty of relaxation, increase your well-being, and have a positive impact on your health. Since we see ourselves as a sex-positive establishment, we provide free condoms in the cruising area. You can also get free water-soluble lube at our bar.
Please inform yourself before your visit about ways to reduce the risk of HIV infection or other sexually transmitted infections for you and your partners. You can find comprehensive and reliable information on sexual and mental health, for example, at IWWIT or SIDEKICKS (formerly man*check Berlin).
Discrimination has no place here. We value all age groups and body shapes and emphasize the fundamental importance of consent and agreement. You have the absolute right to say „no“ at any time.

Sex work
We understand sex work as a relevant and equal component of the leisure industry for adults. It has always played a decisive role in shaping the nightlife scene. Nevertheless, a large number of cultural and moral reservations emerge when it comes to the topic of “sex for money”.
Although we as a company do not share these reservations:
Sex work is not part of our business model!
Rather, the BOILER sees itself as part of a leisure culture in which men can meet on many levels without reservations. All contact between our guests should therefore take place based on a mutual understanding, with respect for mutual consent, and respectfully at eye level.
For us, this excludes any kind of commercial consideration or payment!
If you visit the BOILER as an escort or sex worker, please refrain from any client solicitation among our other guests. We respect your stay if you bring your own client. Even in this case, you should not approach uninvolved guests, involve them in your work, or advertise your services in any other way. Also, never make demands on our guests if you have already had contact with them.
If you, as a guest on our premises, are approached for sex in exchange for money, please inform our staff immediately. For any kind of open sex work at BOILER, we issue a permanent ban from the premises.

Substance use
As passionate hosts, it is our goal that all guests find their visit to BOILER relaxing. However, many people in our community combine their free time with the consumption of legal or illegal substances.
Please understand, therefore, that we do not tolerate the possession, consumption, and certainly not the sale of illegal substances on our premises. We will ask you to leave if we find that you are drunk or otherwise intoxicated.
If our staff find that you are carrying or distributing illegal substances, they are authorized by the management to issue a permanent ban from the premises.
If for any reason you feel unwell during your stay or experience health problems, please speak to our staff. All staff members are regularly trained in first aid (including for substance use) and will look after your well-being.

Trans men
BOILER sees itself as a men's sauna.
In this sense, trans* men are of course equally welcome here.
Access to BOILER is granted to all persons who are perceived as male by our staff at the entrance while clothed.
Furthermore, we do not make admission dependent on physical characteristics or official gender status. We handle this in the same way for genderqueer guests who reject a binary definition for themselves. Our staff are sensitized accordingly and are aware of the diversity of bodies – whether with, before, or without changes. It is therefore possible that you will meet people with very different physical characteristics at BOILER. We ask all guests to treat each other with respect in every situation.
We know that our approach can be a little vague, and we are aware that we are subjecting our guests to an assessment of their body and identity by our team. In line with our business model of a “men's sauna”, we consciously make this classification in order to focus our guest spectrum on a male spectrum.
Whether you, as a trans* man or genderqueer person, want to face this moment of external categorization and assessment is up to you.
