Operations Lead – BOILER Berlin
The BOILER at Mehringdamm is one of the largest and most renowned men’s saunas in Europe – a unique place with an international clientele and a dedicated team of 65 employees.
We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as soon as possible, bringing passion, organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to manage our operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing daily operations
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives and events
- Ensuring high standards in controlling and quality management
- Assisting with accounting and daily financial reconciliation
What You Bring
- A completed degree or training in business or hospitality management
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in the service sector
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and solid business acumen
- Fluency in German and English
- A hands-on mentality and excellent organizational skills

The BOILER is looking for part-time (18 or 24 hours) employees to support the massage team.
You master various massage techniques, pay attention to current physical conditions and always give your guests the feeling of being in good hands?
Then we are happy to welcome you in our team!
You can expect a serious, versatile job without erotic services, but with nice international guests and colleagues. In addition to a fixed salary on an hourly basis, we will honor your commitment with an attractive bonus for the massage hours you have worked.
All working material will be provided. Ideally, you speak at least German and English at level B1.
