General Terms and Conditions (On Site)

I. General

• In the interest of safety, order and cleanliness, the instructions of the sauna staff must be followed.
• The conduct of sauna bathing and the use of the entire facility as a communal bath require mutual consideration.
• The sauna facility is a textile-free area.

II. Prices

• Admission prices include towels and refer to a maximum length of stay according to the price list posted in the entrance area and on the website. Additional charges for exceeding the time limit are automatically made by the cash register system. The sauna staff have no influence on this.
• There is no legal entitlement to reductions and goodwill settlements.
• The admission ticket entitles the holder to a single entry. When leaving the facility, the purchased admission ticket loses its validity.
• There will be no refund or reduction of the admission price if individual facilities are not used.
• In the case of special events, the operator may allow visitors to leave the sauna within a certain period of time. This will be announced on a notice board.
• The operator reserves the right to change the prices at any time and without prior notice.

III. Use of the sauna

• The use of the sweat rooms is only permitted unclothed.
• The bathing and sauna facilities are to be treated with care. In the event of misuse, culpable soiling, damage or loss of borrowed items, the bathing guest is liable for the damage incurred.
• If a sauna guest finds the premises soiled or damaged, he/she is requested to inform the sauna staff immediately.

• Jeder Saunagast ist verpflichtet, vor Beginn des Saunabades eine Körperreinigung vorzunehmen.
• Die Saunagäste haben alles zu unterlassen, was der Aufrechterhaltung der Sicherheit, Ruhe und Ordnung zuwiderläuft. Unzulässig sind insbesondere
a) Lautes Reden, Lärmen, Singen, Pfeifen.
b) Rauchen in allen Räumen mit Ausnahme der ausgewiesenen Raucherzone und des Gartens,
c) die Verwendung von Behältnissen und Gegenständen aus Glas in den Umkleide-, Sanitär-, Sauna- und Badebereichen,
d) das Mitführen von Waffen und waffenähnlichen Gegenständen
e) das Waschen von Handtüchern, Leibwäsche oder Strümpfen
f) das Tönen und Färben der Haare sowie die Verwendung von Kosmetika aller Art
g) das Mitführen und Betreiben von elektronischen Geräten aller Art (Mobiltelefone etc.).
• Der Verzehr von mitgebrachten Speisen und Getränken ist nur im Umkleidebereich gestattet.
• Eigene Getränke dürfen nur in ungeöffneten Originalverpackungen mitgebracht werden.
• Der Verzehr von Speisen im Sauna- und Wellnessbereich ist nicht gestattet .
• Fundsachen sind beim Saunapersonal abzugeben. Über Fundsachen wird nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen verfügt.
• Ruhekabinen dürfen nicht grundlos von außen verschlossen oder versperrt werden.
• Das Fotografieren und Filmen ist in der gesamten Anlage UNTERSAGT.

IV. Verhalten beim Saunabad

• Die Benutzung des Saunaraumes ist nur mit einem ausreichend großen Liegetuch gestattet. Verschmutzungen der Liegen durch Schweiß sind zu vermeiden. Handtücher sind beim Verlassen des Saunaraumes mitzunehmen.
• Das Trocknen von Handtüchern oder Wäsche im Saunaraum oder auf Heizkörpern anderer Räume ist wegen der damit verbundenen Luftverschmutzung nicht gestattet.
• Bei der Benutzung des Saunaraumes hat der Saunagast zu beachten, dass die hohen Temperaturen, 40° C am Boden bis 100° C an der Decke, für diesen Raum geradezu charakteristisch sind. Entsprechende Vorsicht ist geboten.
• Das Berühren des Ofens ist ebenso zu unterlassen wie das Hantieren mit Thermostaten, Thermometern und anderen Einrichtungen des Saunaraumes.
• Die ebenfalls als typisch anzusehenden aufsteigenden Bänke erfordern ein vorsichtiges Besteigen der einzelnen Stufen. Geländer innerhalb des Saunaraumes gehören nicht zur üblichen Ausstattung.
• Sitzauflagen aus Schaumgummi, Kunststoff oder ähnlichem sowie Zeitungen oder Druckschriften dürfen nicht in die Wasser- und Saunaräume mitgenommen werden.
• Das Mitbringen von Spirituosen oder stark riechenden Essenzen, insbesondere das eigenmächtige Übergießen des Ofens mit solchen Stoffen oder auch mit brennbaren Ölen, ist strengstens untersagt.
• Badeschuhe sind aus Sicherheits- und Hygienegründen vor dem Schwitzraum abzulegen.
• Schaben, Kratzen, Bürsten, Rasieren usw. im Saunaraum ist nicht gestattet.
• Vor der Benutzung von Wasserbecken (z.B. Whirlpool etc.) ist der Körper vom Schweiß zu reinigen.
• Aus Rücksicht auf andere Saunagäste und zur Vermeidung von Unfällen ist das Eintauchen in die Becken verboten.
• Einreibemittel jeglicher Art dürfen vor der Benutzung der Wasserbecken nicht verwendet werden.
• Die Benutzung der Liegen darf aus hygienischen Gründen nur mit einer ausreichend großen Unterlage (Liegehandtuch, Bademantel etc.) erfolgen. Eine dauerhafte Belegung der Liegen mit Handtüchern o.ä. ist nicht zulässig.

V. Öffnungszeiten und Zutritt

• Die Öffnungszeiten des BOILERS werden auf der Internetseite bekannt gegeben. Die Anlage ist rechtzeitig vor Ende der Öffnungszeiten zu verlassen.
• Die Nutzung der Anlage kann aus betrieblichen Gründen teilweise eingeschränkt werden. Eventuelle Einschränkungen werden jedem Gast vor Betreten der Anlage bekannt gegeben.
• Bei Einschränkungen hat der Saunagast keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung des Eintrittsgeldes.
• Personen mit offenen Wunden sowie Personen, die unter dem Einfluss berauschender Mittel stehen sowie Personen mit Neigung zu Krampf- und Ohnmachtsanfällen ist die Benutzung der Anlage untersagt.
• Die Benutzung der Anlage erfolgt -auch bei Einhaltung aller Baderegeln- stets auf eigene Gefahr. In Zweifelsfällen ist vor der Benutzung der Arzt zu befragen.
• Personen mit sogenannten geistigen Behinderungen und ähnlichen kognitiven Einschränkungen ist der Zutritt und Aufenthalt nur mit einer verantwortlichen Begleitperson gestattet.
• Tages- und Mehrfachkarten werden grundsätzlich nicht zurückgenommen. Bei Verlust der vorgenannten Karten wird kein Ersatz geleistet.
• Die Nutzung der Anlage ist zeitlich begrenzt. Überschreitet der Saunagast die Benutzungszeit, so ist er zur Zahlung einer Nachgebühr gemäß Preisaushang verpflichtet.
• Zur Vermeidung von Unfällen ist der Gast verpflichtet, die Handläufe an Treppen und Aufgängen zu verwenden.
• Der besonderen Rutsch- und Unfallgefahr in der gesamten Anlage muss der Gast durch entsprechendes Verhalten besondere Rechnung tragen.

VI. Haftung

• Die Gäste benutzen die Anlage auf eigene Gefahr, unbeschadet der Verpflichtung des Betreibers, die Sauna und ihre Einrichtungen in einem verkehrssicheren Zustand zu halten.
• Eine Haftung für Schäden, die durch unsachgemäßes Verhalten während des Aufenthaltes entstehen, kann in keinem Fall übernommen werden.
• Für höhere Gewalt und Zufall sowie für Mängel, die auch bei Einhaltung der üblichen Sorgfalt nicht sofort erkennbar sind, haftet der Betreiber nicht.
• Für die Zerstörung, Beschädigung oder das Abhandenkommen von in die Anlage eingebrachten Gegenständen und Wertsachen wird nicht gehaftet. Dies gilt auch für die in den Schließfächern verwahrten Gegenstände und Wertsachen.
• Verletzungen sind unverzüglich dem Saunapersonal zu melden.
• Jegliche Manipulation an Einrichtungen, die nicht für die unmittelbare Benutzung durch den Gast vorgesehen sind, ist untersagt. Unbefugte Manipulationen können zu weitreichenden Haftungsansprüchen führen und eine Anzeige wegen Sachbeschädigung nach sich ziehen.
• Der Betreiber oder seine Erfüllungsgehilfen haften für Personen-, Sach- oder Vermögensschäden nur bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit.

VII. Aufsicht und Hausrecht

• Das verantwortliche Saunapersonal übt innerhalb der Anlage das Hausrecht aus.
Es ist berechtigt, Personen aus der Sauna zu verweisen, die
a) die Sicherheit, Ruhe und Ordnung gefährden
b) andere Saunagäste belästigen
c) gegen die Bestimmungen der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen verstoßen
d) den Anordnungen des Saunapersonals nicht Folge leisten.
• Wer trotz Aufforderung die Anlage nicht verlässt, wird wegen Hausfriedensbruch belangt. In diesem Fall kann ein dauerndes Hausverbot ausgesprochen werden. Bei Verweis aus der Sauna wird das Eintrittsgeld nicht zurückerstattet.
• Mit der Benutzung der BOILER SAUNA unterwirft sich der Saunagast diesen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen.

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen treten zum 1. Juni 2023 in Kraft und ersetzen jeweils alle vorherigen Fassungen.

Die aktuell gültige Fassung auf der Webseite unter boiler-berlin.de/hausordnung ersetzt ebenfalls alle vorhergehenden Versionen.
